Access to information
Exercising the right of access to information and the re-use of information in accordance with the Zakon o pravu na pristup informacijama (Right of Access to Information Act).
By decision of the Director of 10 November 2014, an information officer of the Port of Split Authority was appointed.
Duties of the information officer
Submitting a request
Holders of the right of access to and re-use of information exercise that right by submitting an oral or written request.

A written request must contain: the name and registered office of the public authority to which it is submitted, information needed to identify the requested information, and the applicant's full name and address (or the name and registered office of a legal person).

Reimbursement of material costs
The Port of Split Authority is entitled to reimbursement of the actual material costs incurred in providing information and of delivery costs, which are paid by the person exercising the right to information. The fee also applies to the re-use of information.
Fees are charged in accordance with the Criteria for determining the amount of the fee (Official Gazette 12/14) and the Decision on exempting holders of the right to information from paying the costs of delivering information.
