Passenger rights
Rights of passengers travelling by sea — Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010.
The rights of passengers travelling by sea and inland waterway are laid down in Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The Regulation sets out the rights of passengers in sea and inland waterway transport, including information, assistance and compensation in the event of cancellation or delay, as well as special protection for disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility.
