Ship waste reception · MARPOL Clean ports for a clean sea — ship-generated waste is delivered to authorised concession holders, directly alongside the ship.
There are no permanent fixed reception facilities in the area managed by the Port of Split Authority. Ship-generated waste is received through the mobile reception facilities of authorised concession holders. Waste is collected by specialised vehicles — lorries, tankers and containers — or, where necessary, by a specialised vessel.
